研究目的：

急性主动脉夹层是临床严重血管疾病，病变累及主动脉弓部时需行主动脉弓置换。主动脉弓置换术后脑卒中发生率高达25%-30%，患者术后重症监护病房和住院时间较无脑卒中患者显著延长、住院死亡率及远期死亡率明显升高。预防术后脑卒中是临床管理的重要任务。发现术后脑卒中的危险因素、及时预防并采取针对性措施，对预防术后脑卒中发挥重要作用。本研究对我院行主动脉弓部手术的患者资料进行分析，旨在确定主动脉弓部手术术后脑卒中的危险因素并建立预测模型，为临床提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Acute aortic dissection is a serious vascular disease in clinical practice. When the lesion involves the aortic arch, aortic arch replacement surgery is necessary. The incidence of stroke after aortic arch replacement surgery is as high as 25%-30%. The postoperative intensive care unit stay and hospital stay of patients with stroke are significantly longer than those without stroke, and the hospital mortality and long-term mortality are significantly higher. Preventing postoperative stroke is an important task in clinical management. Identifying the risk factors for postoperative stroke, promptly preventing and taking targeted measures play an important role in preventing postoperative stroke. This study analyzed the data of patients who underwent aortic arch surgery in our hospital, aiming to determine the risk factors for postoperative stroke after aortic arch surgery and establish a prediction model, providing a reference for clinical practice.

纳入标准：

纳入标准：年龄大于18岁，性别不限，ASA Ⅳ级。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age greater than 18 years old, gender not limited, ASA grade IV.

排除标准：

（1）术中和术后12小时内死亡患者； （2）所需资料记录不全。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who died during the operation and within 12 hours after the operation. (2) Incomplete recording of required information.

Data collection: Data for this study were collected via an electronic data acquisition system (EDC) and included baseline data, clinical assessments during follow-up, and laboratory test results. All data are entered into the EDC system by trained researchers. Data Management: Data is stored on HIPAA-compliant cloud servers, and encryption and access control measures are used to ensure data security. Data cleansing is carried out through logical checks and scope checks, and outliers are verified by the data management team. Data versions are managed through time stamps and version numbers.
