研究目的：

明确盐酸戊乙奎醚在腹腔镜胃癌手术患者中是否改善围手术期呼吸动力学和减少术后肺部并发症的发生，开展临床探索应用。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine whether penehyclidine hydrochloride can improve perioperative respiratory dynamics and reduce postoperative pulmonary complications in patients undergoing laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery, and to carry out clinical exploration and application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄60~70岁； （2）患者及家属充分知情，同意参加加本研究，并本人及家属签署知情同意书； （3）国麻醉医师协会(American Society of Anesthesiologists，ASA)分级II～III 级； （4）拟择期在全身麻醉行腹腔镜下胃癌根治术。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 60~70 years old; (2) Patients and their families are fully informed, agree to participate in this study, and sign an informed consent form for themselves and their families; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II~III; (4) Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy under general anesthesia is planned to be elective.

排除标准：

①有中重度前列腺肥大或青光眼病史的患者； ②术前1个月内曾雾化吸入B2受体激动剂、M受体阻滞剂或糖皮质激素； ③三个月内新发脑卒中者； ④1年内曾有心肌梗死、严重心功能不全或快速心律失常； ⑤严重肾功能异常、严重肝功能障碍（Child-Pugh C级）； ⑥术前1个月内参加其他药物临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with a history of moderate to severe prostatic hypertrophy or glaucoma; (2) Nebulized inhaled B2 receptor agonist, M-blocker or glucocorticoid within 1 month before surgery; (3) New stroke within three months; (4) Myocardial infarction, severe cardiac insufficiency or tachyarrhythmia within 1 year; (5) Severe renal dysfunction, severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh grade C); (6) Participate in other drug clinical studies within 1 month before surgery.
