研究家庭环境与抑郁症患者疾病过程的相关性，探索可对抑郁症患者造成影响的具体家庭因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Study on the correlation between family environment and disease progression in depressed patients, exploring specific family factors influencing depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

根据DSM-5诊断标准，诊断为抑郁发作或复发性抑郁障碍，不伴有精神病性症状的患者；年龄18-60岁，汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HMAD）评分≥17分，意识清楚，语言表达正常。

Inclusion criteria

Patients meeting DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for depressive episode or recurrent depressive disorder without psychotic features; aged 18-60 years, with Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) scores ≥17, clear consciousness, and normal language expression.

排除标准：

器质性精神障碍，精神活性物质所致精神障碍，双相情感障碍，抑郁障碍伴精神病性症状。

Exclusion criteria：

Organic mental disorders, Mental disorders due to psychoactive substances, Bipolar affective disorder, Depressive disorder with psychotic symptoms.
