探究讨经胸微创未成年人室间隔缺损封堵失败的危险因素，并构建预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the risk factors of failed closure of transthoracic minimally invasive ventricular septal defect in children and construct a prediction model

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄4个月～18岁，VSD直径3～12 mm，膜周型、嵴内型，血液动力学以左向右分流或双向分流以左向右分流为主；缺损对位良好。

Inclusion criteria

1.The age ranges from 4 months to 18 years old. The diameter of the Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) is 3 to 12 mm. It is of the perimembranous type or the subpulmonary type. In terms of hemodynamics, it is mainly left-to-right shunt or bidirectional shunt with the left-to-right shunt as the main pattern;
2.and the defect is in good alignment.

排除标准：

1. 干下型室缺； 2. 其他合并畸形包括：肺动脉狭窄、房间隔缺损、动脉导管未闭等、主动脉骑跨、主动脉瓣脱垂、二尖瓣或三尖瓣中-重度返流、重度肺动脉高压。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Subarterial ventricular septal defect;
2.Other associated malformations include: pulmonary artery stenosis, atrial septal defect, patent ductus arteriosus, etc., overriding aorta, aortic valve prolapse, moderate to severe regurgitation of the mitral valve or tricuspid valve, severe pulmonary arterial hypertension.
