研究目的：

基于振动影像技术开发一个新的辅助识别情绪的评估工具，并检验其识别准确率及信效度。

Objectives of Study：

Develop a new assessment tool to assist in identifying emotions based on vibrography technology and to test its accuracy, reliability, and validity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合DSM-5诊断标准的抑郁障碍或者双相抑郁等心境障碍的患者； 2.汉密尔顿抑郁量（HAMD-17）表分数≥17分以上； 3.年龄为10-18岁， 4.可以配合振动影像情绪测评仪采集视频记录； 5.具备一定的语言理解能力，能够完成情绪评估量表。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with depressive disorders or bipolar depression that meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5, or other mood disorders; 2. A score of >=17 on the 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17); 3. Age between 10 and 18 years old; 4. Capable of cooperating with the vibrography emotion assessment device for video recording; 5. Possess adequate language comprehension skills to complete the emotion assessment scales.

排除标准：

1.存在共病发育障碍或孤独症谱系障患者； 2.患有严重神经系统疾病、认知障碍或其他可能影响情绪评估的躯体疾病障碍患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with comorbid developmental disorders or autism spectrum disorders; 2. Patients with severe neurological diseases, cognitive impairments, or other physical disorders that may affect emotion assessment.
