纳入标准：

1.患者于我院择期进行桥小脑角肿瘤切除术； 2.ASA分级Ⅱ-Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patient underwent elective resection of cerebellopontine angle tumor at our hospital; 2. ASA classification II-III.

排除标准：

1.患者术前评分显示有认知功能障碍； 2.合并严重脏器功能损害； 3.伴有精神障碍等疾病及本人或家属拒绝入组。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient preoperative score shows cognitive impairment; 2. Merge severe organ dysfunction; 3. Accompanied by mental disorders and other illnesses, and if the individual or their family members refuse to join the group.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

切开硬膜之后且切除肿瘤之前，于术区采集脑脊液1毫升，放入负80摄氏度冰箱保存；同时于动脉置管内采集血液样本1毫升，放入负80摄氏度冰箱保存，待200个血液和脑脊液采集完毕后，统一在哈医大一院中心实验室对这些样本进行炎症因子和S100B蛋白的检测。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

After cutting open the dura mater and before removing the tumor, collect 1 milliliter of cerebrospinal fluid from the surgical area and store it in a negative 80 degree Celsius freezer; At the same time, 1 milliliter of blood sample was collected from the arterial catheter and stored in a negative 80 degree Celsius freezer. After 200 blood and cerebrospinal fluid samples were collected, they were uniformly tested for inflammatory factors and S100B protein in the central laboratory of Harbin Medical University First Hospital.
