研究目的：

研究自体富血小板血浆睾丸局部注射在非梗阻性无精患者改善睾丸生精功能的有效性及安全性，期望能为非梗阻性无精症患者的治疗提供新的安全有效的方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy and safety of local injection of autologous platelet-rich plasma into the testicles for improving testicular spermatogenic function in patients with non-obstructive azoospermia, with the hope of providing a new safe and effective treatment method for patients with non-obstructive azoospermia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

1.以非梗阻性无精症患者为研究对象，采用患者自体PRP行睾丸多点注射，并研究治疗前后性激素（FSH、LH、E2、T）、抑制素B、精液常规的变化情况。 2.分析同一时间段行显微取精患者，比较自体PRP睾丸多点注射组和无自体PRP睾丸多点注射组显微取精获精率。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18~50岁； （2）诊断为非梗阻性无精症患者； （3）患者要求显微取精； （4）有生育意愿，愿意接受进一步治疗； （5）能够理解并签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18 to 50 years; (2) Patients diagnosed with non-obstructive azoospermia; (3) The patient requests microscopic sperm retrieval; (4) Willing to have children and accept further treatment; (5) Able to understand and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）生殖系统急性炎症； （2）血小板减少症或正在使用抗凝药物； （3）睾丸内有异常结节或肿块； （4）恶性肿瘤； （5）其他感染性疾病； （6）严重肝肾、心脑血管及血液系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Acute inflammation of the reproductive system; (2) Thrombocytopenia or use of anticoagulant medications; (3) Abnormal nodules or masses in the testes; (4) Malignant tumors; (5) Other infectious diseases; (6) Severe liver, kidney, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, and hematological diseases.
