研究目的：

明确亚甲蓝对脓毒性休克患者微循环的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the effect of methylene blue on the microcirculation of patients with septic shock.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁； 2.符合Sepsis 3.0脓毒症休克的诊断标准； 3.需要＞0.25 ug/kg/min NE或等效的其他升压药维持MAP≥65 mmHg的患者； 4.患者或监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Diagnosed as septic shock based on of Sepsis-3 definition; 3.Patients who requiring a continuous infusion of norepinephrine greater than 0.5 ug/kg/min or an equivalent dose of other vasopressors to maintain mean arterial pressure (MAP) greater than 65 mmHg; 4.Patient or guardian has signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 2.已知对MB存在过敏反应； 3.G-6-PD缺乏症患者； 4.正在进行其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or lactating women; 2.Patients allergic to methylene blue; 3.Glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency; 4.Patients participating in other clinical trials.
