研究目的：

构建CT影像联合病理三级淋巴结构空间分布的多模态智能模型，预测肝细胞癌切除术后预后  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this research is to develop a multimodal intelligent model that integrates computed tomography imaging with the spatial distribution of tertiary lymphoid structures in order to predict the prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma following surgical resection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.增强CT检查在手术前1个月内进行；
2.通过组织病理学确诊HCC，且能获取HE切片；
3.进行了根治性切除；

Inclusion criteria

1.An enhanced computed tomography examination should be conducted within one month prior to the surgical intervention.
2.Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) should be diagnosed through histopathological evaluation, and hematoxylin and eosin (HE) stained sections should be obtained.
3.A radical surgical resection was performed.

排除标准：

1.术前的抗肿瘤治疗或其他术后辅助治疗，如靶向治疗、肝动脉灌注化疗或细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞免疫疗法；
2.门静脉或肝静脉癌栓或远处转移、淋巴结转移；
3.围手术期死亡；
4.存在图像伪影或HE切片褪色等；
5.肿瘤破裂、出血；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Preoperative anti-tumor therapy or other postoperative adjuvant therapies, including targeted therapy, hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy, or cytokine-induced killer cell immunotherapy;
2.The presence of cancer thrombus in the portal vein or hepatic vein, as well as distant metastasis and lymph node metastasis;
3.Perioperative mortality;
4.The presence of imaging artifacts or fading of hematoxylin and eosin (HE) stained sections;
5.Instances of tumor rupture and subsequent hemorrhage.
