研究目的：

（1）探究不同视觉条件下，CAI患者与健康人群进行单腿落地以及侧切动作的生物力学特征与姿势控制能力。以此分析不同视觉条件下，CAI进行单腿落地以及侧切动作的生物力学特征与姿势控制能力的特点，对CAI患者进行针对性康复训练设计。 （2）比较SVT与传统康复训练对CAI患者单腿落地以及侧切动作的生物力学特征与姿势控制能力的干预影响。以验证SVT对CAI患者生物力学特征与姿势控制能力的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To investigate the biomechanical characteristics and postural control of single-leg landing and side-cutting maneuvers in CAI patients and healthy people under different visual conditions. To analyze the biomechanical characteristics and postural control of CAI patients' single-leg landing and side-cutting movements under different visual conditions, and to design targeted rehabilitation training for CAI patients. (2) To compare the effects of SVT and traditional rehabilitation training on the biomechanical characteristics and postural control of single-leg landing and side-cutting movements in CAI patients. To verify the intervention effect of SVT on biomechanical characteristics and postural control ability of CAI patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）至少有一次严重的踝关节扭伤史，首次扭伤必须在干预前至少12个月以上。（2）反复扭伤、自觉不稳定或者打软腿。（3）Cumberland踝关节不稳评价问卷（CAIT）<24分。

Inclusion criteria

(1) A history of at least one severe ankle sprain, the first of which must have occurred at least 12 months prior to the intervention. (2) Recurrent sprains, self-perceived instability, or playing with a weak leg. (3) Cumberland Ankle Instability Assessment Questionnaire (CAIT) <24 points.

排除标准：

排除标准：（1）并发下肢骨折、后交叉韧带断裂以及其他重要组织的严重损伤；（2）MRI提示踝关节处撕脱性骨折；（3）进行过2次及以上CAI手术或1年内下肢骨折史。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: (1) concomitant lower extremity fracture, posterior cruciate ligament rupture, and other serious injuries to vital tissues; (2) MRI suggestive of an avulsion fracture at the ankle; and (3) a history of 2 or more CAI procedures or lower extremity fracture within 1 year.

SPSS软件产生的随机数 根据生成的随机数，将CAI患者随机分配到两个组别：SVT组（n=15）、CAI对照组（n=15）。 具体分配方法为：将随机数从小到大排序，前15个编号分配到SVT组，接下来的15个编号分配到CAI对照组。

Random numbers generated by SPSS software According to the generated random numbers, CAI patients were randomly assigned to two groups: the SVT group (n=15), and the CAI control group (n=15). The specific allocation method was as follows: the random numbers were sorted from smallest to largest, the first 15 numbers were assigned to the SVT group, and the next 15 numbers were assigned to the CAI control group.
