研究目的：

1.探讨溶脂与非溶脂对肿瘤微环境及机体免疫是否存在影响； 2.评估溶脂与非溶脂乳腺癌腔镜手术的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore whether lipolysis and non-lipolysis have any effects on the tumor microenvironment and immunity; 2. To evaluate the safety of lipolysis versus non-lipolytic breast cancer laparoscopic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a)新确诊的拟行手术的乳腺癌患者（约100例）； b)年龄18-60岁之间； c)无免疫系统疾病； d)同意参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

a) Newly diagnosed breast cancer patients for surgery (about 100 cases); b) Between the ages of 18 and 60 years; c) Absence of immune system disease; d) Agree to participate in this study, and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

a)既往接受过化疗； b)患有糖尿病、糖耐量异常及乳糖不耐受的患者； c)患有冠心病、心梗以及心脏功能极差者； d)存在脏器极度衰竭和严重免疫抑制的患者； e)正在参加其他临床试验； f)严重肝、肾疾病患者； g)患有痴呆（定义为MMSE评分＜＝2分）或帕金森病或其他造成功能障碍的神经系统疾病以及颅脑外伤、脑出血、脑卒中、脑肿瘤、脑梗死等疾病史； h)晚期患者或伴发其他恶性肿瘤患者； i)存在精神疾病或有精神疾病家族史者； j)嗜酒或吸毒患者； k)拒绝入组及无法配合治疗者； l)主治医生或研究者认为存在其他不宜参加本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

a) Prior chemotherapy; b) Patients with diabetes mellitus, impaired glucose tolerance and lactose intolerance; c) Patients with coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction and extremely poor heart function; d) Patients with extreme organ failure and severe immunosuppression; e) is participating in other clinical trials; f) Patients with severe liver and kidney diseases; g) History of dementia (defined as MMSE score <=2 points) or Parkinson's disease or other neurological diseases that cause dysfunction, as well as head trauma, cerebral hemorrhage, stroke, brain tumor, cerebral infarction, etc.; h) Patients with advanced disease or other malignant tumors; i) Those who have a mental illness or a family history of mental illness; j) Alcoholic or drug addicts; k) Those who refuse to be enrolled and are unable to cooperate with treatment; l) Other conditions that are considered inappropriate by the attending doctor or investigator to participate in this study.
