研究目的：

（1）研究音乐治疗对CP的影响； （2）研究音乐治疗对CP引起的焦虑、抑郁与睡眠障碍的影响； （3）研究音乐治疗对HRV相关指标的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

( 1 ) To study the effect of music therapy on CP ; ( 2 ) To study the effect of music therapy on anxiety depression and sleep disorders caused by CP ; ( 3 ) To study the effect of music therapy on HRV related indicators.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合慢性疼痛的诊断标准：持续或反复发作超过3个月的疼痛； （2）18岁以上且不超过70岁； （3）影响病人生活质量、睡眠质量、情绪等； （4）至少24小时以上戒除可能影响HRV参数的咖啡因、酒精和药物以及目前没有接受治疗； （5）签订知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

( 1 ) Conform to the diagnostic criteria of chronic pain : persistent or recurrent pain for more than 3 months ; ( 2 ) over 18 years old and no more than 70 years old ; ( 3 ) affect the patient 's quality of life sleep quality mood etc. ; ( 4 ) At least 24 hours abstinence from caffeine alcohol and drugs that may affect HRV parameters and no current treatment ; ( 5 ) To sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

(1）严重心脑血管疾病、心律失常、血液系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、重要脏器功能障碍者； （2）月经期、妊娠期妇女； （3）皮肤过敏或有其他严重皮肤疾病者； （4）其他神经损伤性疾病者； （5）重大精神疾病、认知障碍等无法配合者； （6）拒绝签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

( 1 ) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases arrhythmia blood system diseases malignant tumors and important organ dysfunction ; ( 2 ) Menstrual period pregnant women ; ( 3 ) skin allergies or other serious skin diseases ; ( 4 ) Other nerve injury diseases ; ( 5 ) major mental illness cognitive impairment and other unable to cooperate ; ( 6 ) Those who refuse to sign the informed consent.

由一名与本研究无关的人员采用随机数字表生成分配序列，并将患者随机分入两组：试验组采取音乐干预和健康宣教（由临床医生指导的适当锻炼）；对照组采用健康宣教。

A random number table was used to generate the distribution sequence by a person unrelated to this study and the patients were randomly divided into two groups : the experimental group received music intervention and health education ( appropriate exercise guided by clinicians ) ; the control group was given health education.
