评价新辅助化疗联合免疫治疗对消化道肿瘤手术患者血流动力学及心肺并发症的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy on hemodynamics postoperative cardiopulmonary complications in patients undergoing surgery for gastrointestinal tumors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.年龄 ≥18 岁 2.体重指数（BMI）18~30kg/m2 3.择期消化道肿瘤手术，预计手术时间大于2小时

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18 years 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) 18~30kg/m^2 3. Expected operation time more than 2 hours for elective gastrointestinal tumor surgery

排除标准：

1. 严重心肺肝肾功能不全 2. 急诊手术 3.参加其他临床试验者 4.已经入选过本研究 5.拒绝参加者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic, and renal insufficiency. 2. Emergency surgery. 3. Participation in other clinical trials. 4. Already enrolled in this study. 5. Refused to participate.
