研究目的：

比较PCV-VG（压力控制容量保证通气）模式与VCV(容量控制通气)模式对老年俯卧位腰椎管狭窄症手术患者肺通气及术后肺部并发症的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of PCV-VG (pressure controlled volume assured ventilation) mode and VCV(volume controlled ventilation) mode on pulmonary ventilation and postoperative pulmonary complications in elderly prone lumbar spinal stenosis patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

因腰椎管狭窄症拟择期全麻下行俯卧位腰椎手术患者：（1）性别不限；（2）ASA 分级 I~ III 级；（3）年龄 65-80 岁；（4）患者临床病情稳定（于研究前 4周无明显急性呼吸系统疾病）。

Inclusion criteria

Prone lumbar surgery patients with lumbar spinal stenosis under elective general anesthesia:(1) Gender is not limited; (2) ASA grade I~ III; (3) 65-80 years old;(4) The patient's clinical condition was stable (no obvious acute respiratory disease in the 4 weeks before the study).

排除标准：

（1）严重心、脑、肾等系统性疾病患者； （2）哮喘、中重度通气功能障碍者； （3）神经肌肉疾病； （4）体重指数≥28kg/m^2； （5）术后再次行手术治疗者； （6）有胸内手术史者； （7）胸廓和脊柱畸形患者； （8）同时参加其他干预性治疗的患者； （9）患者或家属难以配合或拒绝签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with serious heart, brain, kidney and other systemic diseases; (2) Asthma, moderate and severe ventilation dysfunction; (3) Neuromuscular diseases; (4) BMI >=28kg/m^2; (5) Patients undergoing surgical treatment again after surgery; (6) Patients with a history of intrathoracic surgery; (7) Patients with thoracic and spinal malformations; (8) Patients who also participate in other interventional therapy; (9) Patients or family members are difficult to cooperate or refuse to sign the informed consent.
