研究目的：

1.主要研究目的：RSV、hMPV和流感的住院负担分布在不同年龄人群、地域、年度的关联；评估（年内）RSV、hMPV和流感病毒活动强度的短期关联； 2.次要研究目的：RSV、hMPV和流感急性呼吸道感染的住院经济负担； 3.探索性研究目的：RSV、hMPV和流感住院病例的临床结局。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objectives: The association of the hospitalization burden of RSV, hMPV and influenza in different age groups, regions and years; To assess the short-term association (within the year) of RSV, hMPV, and influenza virus activity intensity; 2. Secondary objectives: the financial burden of hospitalization for RSV, hMPV, and influenza acute respiratory infection; 3. Exploratory study objectives: Clinical outcomes of RSV, hMPV and influenza hospitalizations.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 在 2018 年 1 月 1 日至 2023 年 12 月 31 日期间入院护理; 2. 住院时未满 5 岁或 60 岁及以上; 3. 居住在所在城市/地区（即天津、鄞州和厦门）; 4. ICD-10 诊断代码中提及 ARI、RSV、hMPV 或流感病毒。

Inclusion criteria

1. Seeking hospital care between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2023; 2. Under 5 years old or 60 years and older at the time of the hospital visit; 3. Residing in the city / district (i.e., Tianjin, Yinzhou, and Xiamen); 4. Any mention of ARI, RSV, hMPV or influenza viruses in the ICD-10 diagnosis codes (defined below).

排除标准：

1. 研究相关的临床资料不完整； 2. 院内感染的ARI病例。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Incomplete clinical data related to the research; 2. Hospital-acquired ARI cases.
