研究目的：

本研究通过人群资料的分析，了解唐山市肺结核的流行病学特征和患病影响因素。并通过临床实验室检查结果筛选血细胞生物标志物，建立肺结核诊断预测模型并加以验证。为快速精准诊断肺结核，实现早期预防、干预和治疗，降低发病率和严重程度提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we analyzed the epidemic disease characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in Tangshan.The biomarkers of blood cells were screened through clinical laboratory examination, and the predictive model of pulmonary tuberculosis was established and verified.It provides a theoretical basis for diagnosing pulmonary tuberculosis quickly and accurately, preventing, intervening and treating early, and reducing the incidence of a disease and the severity.

纳入标准：

病例组纳入标准:①痰培养阳性及X胸片确诊为肺结核;②自愿接受问卷调查和药敏检测。 对照组纳入标准:①同期诊断为肺炎的患者;

Inclusion criteria

1 Sputum culture positive and X-ray confirmed pulmonary tuberculosis 2 Voluntary Questionnaire and Drug Sensitivity Testing

排除标准：

病例组：①仅有X胸片支持为肺结核者②门诊治疗患者③其他部位结核病患者④不能或不配合调查的患者。 对照组:①排除其他肺部疾病的患者②门诊治疗患者

Exclusion criteria：

Case group: 1 pulmonary tuberculosis supported by chest X-ray only; 2 tuberculosis in other parts of the body; 3 tuberculosis in other parts of the body; 2 tuberculosis in other parts of the body. Control group: 1 patients excluded from other lung diseases 2 outpatient treatment patients
