研究目的：

本研究旨在利用MIMIC-IV数据库识别与重症监护室中老年骨科手术后患者谵妄相关的危险因子，并建立诺莫图用于预测术后谵妄。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed at identifying independent risk factors and developing a novel nomogram model for predicing POD in elderly orthopedic patients in the ICU by using the data from Medical Information Mart for Intensive Care, Fourth Version (MIMIC‐IV) database.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥65岁；
2.接受骨科手术；
3.首次住院并首次入住ICU；

Inclusion criteria

1.age≥65 years;
2.undergoing orthopedic surgeries;
3.first-time hospital admission with first-ever ICU stay;

排除标准：

（1） 年龄小于 65 岁； （2） 被诊断为痴呆； （3） 没有进行 CAM-ICU评估； （4） 非首次入院， 非首次入 ICU；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Age less than 65 years; (2) Be diagnosed with dementia; (3) No CAM-ICU evaluation was performed; (4) Non-first-time admission, non-first-time ICU admission;

谵妄使用 CAM-ICU 诊断，包含 4 个标准： (1) 急性发作的精神状态改变或波动过程；(2) 注意力不集中；(3) 思维紊乱；(4) 意识水平改变。当标准 1 和标准 2 均为阳性，且标准 3 或标准 4 均为阳性时，即可诊断为谵妄。

Delirium was diagnosed when both criteria 1 and 2 were positive, along with either criteria 3 or 4
