研究目的：

这项研究的目的是评估术前红细胞分布宽度/白蛋白比值对老年胃肠道肿瘤患者术后谵妄的预测价值。以此来在手术前发现术后谵妄高危人群，从而便于临床从医护人员为其提供针对性预防措施，减少术后谵妄的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study was to assess the predictive value of the preoperative red blood cell distribution width to albumin ratio for postoperative delirium in elderly patients under gastrointestinal tumors. In this way, the high-risk groups of postoperative delirium can be found before operation, so as to provide targeted preventive measures for them from the clinical staff and reduce the occurrence of postoperative delirium.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄65岁以上； 2.行胃肠道肿瘤根治性切除术患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 65 years old; 2.Patients underwent gastroenteric tumor surgery.

排除标准：

1.术后住院时间小于3天； 2.术前合并精神病或神经系统疾病； 3.数据不全； 4.术后死亡。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Postoperative length of stay <= 3 days; 2.Preoperative neuropsychiatric disorders; 3.Incomplet data; 4.postoperative death.
