研究目的：

评估术前甘油三酯与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值（TG/HDL-C）对老年下肢骨折手术患者术后谵妄(POD）的预测价值，从而提前识别 POD 的高危人群，为临床预防、管理 POD 提供理论支持。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the predictive value of preoperative triglyceride to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio (TG/HDL-C) in postoperative delirium (POD) in elderly patients undergoing lower limb fracture surgery, so as to identify high-risk groups of POD in advance and provide theoretical support for clinical prevention and management of POD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄65岁及以上； 2.全身或椎管内麻醉下行下肢骨折手术的患者； 3.美国麻醉师协会（ASA）分级 I-III。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age>=65 years old; 2.Patients undergoing lower limb fracture surgery with general or spinal anesthesia; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-III.

排除标准：

1.术后住院时间小于 3 天； 2.术前存在谵妄或其他精神神经系统疾病； 3.TG、HDL-C 和超过 50%的其他变量的数据缺失； 4.术后48小时内死亡。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with postoperative hospitalization<3 days; 2.Patients with a history of delirium or other neurologic disorders; 3.Missing data on TG, HDL-C or over 50% of all variables; 4.Postoperative death within 48 hours after surgery.
