研究目的：

了解社区老年慢病患者死亡焦虑与衰弱的关系，以及心理弹性、社会参与在患者死亡焦虑与衰弱之间的中介效应。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the relationship between death anxiety and frailty in elderly patients with chronic diseases in community, and the mediating effect of psychological resilience and social participation between death anxiety and frailty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.明确诊断至少1种慢性病（包括高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、脑卒中、慢性胃炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病等）； 2.年龄≥60岁； 3.意识清晰，可以正常沟通； 4.自愿参加本项研究，知情同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Clearly diagnose at least one chronic disease (including hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke, chronic gastritis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc.); 2. Age ≥60 years old; 3. Clear consciousness, can communicate normally; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study, give informed consent and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.患有严重认知功能障碍或精神疾病者； 2.存在严重视听问题，无法正常交流者； 3.合并其它系统严重疾病着。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those suffering from severe cognitive impairment or mental illness; 2. There are serious audio-visual problems, unable to communicate normally; 3. Serious diseases associated with other systems.
