研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨恩他卡朋双多巴对中晚期帕金森病患者的临床疗效，主要是对神经心理功能的影响，并探讨其与周围炎性细胞因子水平变化的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy of Levodopa/Carbidopa/Entacapone in Moderate to Advanced Parkinson's Disease, mainly focusing on the effects on neuropsychological function, and to explore its relationship with the changes of peripheral inflammatory cytokines levels.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

None 

纳入标准：

①研究对象来源于就诊我院神经内科确诊为原发性帕金森病的患者，诊断符合英国帕金森病协会脑库临床诊断标准；②以肌强直、姿势步态障碍、静止性震颤、运动迟缓为主要表现者；③根据临床症状严重程度，Hoehn-Yahr分级为3-5分的患者；④签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①The study subjects were from patients who met the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's Disease according to the UK Parkinson’s Disease Society Brain Bank Clinical Diagnostic Criteria; ② myotonia, postural gait disorder, static tremor, bradykinesia as the main performance; ③ Patients with Hoehn-Yahr grading of 3-5 points according to the severity of clinical symptoms; ④ Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①继发脑血管病、脑炎、颅脑外伤等帕金森综合症者；②近期出现严重感染者；③伴有恶性肿瘤者；④严重心血管疾病、肝肾功能不全者；⑤有反复卒中病史者；⑥并发帕金森叠加综合症者；⑦并发椎体系统损伤、小脑功能异常、等患者；⑧有恩他卡朋双多巴使用禁忌者；⑨正在参加其他药物临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① secondary cerebrovascular disease, encephalitis, craniocerebral trauma and other Parkinson's syndrome; ② There have been serious infections recently; ③ Patients with malignant tumor; ④ Serious cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney insufficiency; ⑤ Patients with a history of repeated stroke; ⑥ Patients with Parkinson's syndrome; (7) Patients with complex vertebral system injury and abnormal cerebellar function, etc; ⑧ The use of Levodopa/Carbidopa/Entacapone is contraindicated; ⑨ Patients who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs.
