探索PLA2G12B 在糖尿病肾病足细胞损伤进展中的表达模式及在糖尿病肾病足细胞损伤中的作用机制  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the expression pattern and mechanism of PLA2G12B in the progression of podocyte injury in diabetic nephropathy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18-80岁； 2.参照2010年美国糖尿病协会（ADA）标准诊断为2型糖尿病。T2DM 诊断标准：糖化血红蛋白A1c≥6.5%；空腹血糖FPG≥7.0 mmol/l（空腹定义为至少8h内无热量摄入）；口服糖耐量试验时2h血糖≥11.1 mmol/l；在伴随典型的高血糖或高血糖危象症状的病人，随机血糖≥11.1 mmol/l。无糖尿病症状者，需改日重复检查。排除1型糖尿病、其他特殊类型糖尿病、妊娠糖尿病。

Inclusion criteria

1.18-80 years old; 2. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes according to the 2010 American Diabetes Association (ADA) criteria. Diagnostic criteria for T2DM: A1c≥6.5%; Fasting blood glucose FPG≥7.0 mmol/l (fasting is defined as no calorie intake for at least 8 hours); 2h blood glucose ≥ 11.1mmol /l during oral glucose tolerance test; In patients with typical hyperglycemia or hyperglycemic crisis symptoms, random blood glucose ≥11.1 mmol/l. If there are no symptoms of diabetes, repeat the test on another day. Type 1 diabetes, other specific types of diabetes and gestational diabetes were excluded.

排除标准：

1.合并恶性肿瘤；2.合并各种非糖尿病肾病； 合并严重胃肠道疾病（包括消化性溃疡、肝炎、炎症性肠病、肠结核、严重腹泻、便秘等）；4.合并自身免疫性疾病；5.近期合并感染、发热； 6.3个月内使用过抗生素； 7.子痫前期及子痫患者； 8.不合作者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with malignant tumor; 2. All kinds of non-diabetic nephropathy; 3.With severe gastrointestinal diseases (including peptic ulcer, hepatitis, inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal tuberculosis, severe diarrhea, constipation, etc.); 4. Combined with autoimmune disease; 5. Recently combined infection and fever; 6. Use of antibiotics within 3 months; 7. Patients with preeclampsia and eclampsia; 8Uncooperative patients

According to the progress of the research, raw research data should be made freely available to all researchers in specific ways.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records, researchers will completely write accurate data into case report forms in time. Input the data into corresponding database system by two special researchers with two computers respectively. After that, researchers compare two database twice and electronic data will be conserved and backup.
