研究目的：

探讨自体上颌窦外侧壁骨片修复牙槽骨缺损的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical effect of autogenous maxillary sinus lateral wall bone graft in repairing alveolar bone defect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.成年患者，年龄≥18岁，无全身系统疾病；
2.行上颌窦外提升手术患者，同时伴有其他位点牙槽骨缺损；
3.口腔卫生条件佳，无未控制的牙周疾病；
4.不抽烟或<10 支/日、不酗酒；
5.全身状况良好，经评估能够耐受手术；
6.已签署《知情同意书》；

Inclusion criteria

1.Adult patients, aged ≥ 18 years, no systemic disease;
2.Patients with maxillary sinus lift surgery, accompanied by other sites of alveolar bone defects;
3.Good oral hygiene conditions, no uncontrolled periodontal disease;
4.No smoking or < 10 / day, no alcohol;
5.General condition is good, the assessment can tolerate surgery;
6.The ' informed consent form ' has been signed;

排除标准：

1.任何可能存在手术禁忌的全身性疾病，如未控制的糖尿病、高血压、免疫功能低下、凝血功能障碍、放疗、化疗、酒精或药物滥用、口服和/或静脉注射双膦酸盐类药物；
2.口腔卫生不良或无法按医嘱进行口腔卫生维护；
3.抽烟者＞10 支/日或酗酒者；
4.活动期的牙周炎患者不接受牙周基础治者；
5.妊娠或者哺乳期妇女（育龄期妇女且妊娠概率较大者需行妊娠检测）；
6.不能耐受种植手术的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.ny systemic diseases that may have surgical contraindications, such as uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, immune dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, alcohol or drug abuse, oral and / or intravenous bisphosphonates;
2.Oral hygiene is poor or unable to carry out oral hygiene maintenance according to doctor 's advice;
3.Smokers > 10 / day or alcoholics;
4.Periodontal patients with active periodontitis do not accept periodontal initial treatment;
5.Pregnancy or lactating women ( women of childbearing age with a high probability of pregnancy need pregnancy test );
6.Patients who could not tolerate implant surgery;

测量方法：

将患者术后即刻、术后3个月、术后6个月的CBCT数据导入至Mimics Research 21.0中，测量骨增量位点的三维方向上的骨宽度及高度：1）颊舌侧及中央骨高度；2）牙槽嵴顶下1mm、3mm、5mm处的骨宽度。

Measure time point of outcome：

Immediately after operation, 3 months after operation and 6 months after operation.

Measure method：

The CBCT data of the patients immediately after surgery, 3 months after surgery, and 6 months after surgery were imported into Mimics Research 21.0 to measure the bone width and height in the three-dimensional direction of the bone increment site : 1 ) buccal and lingual and central bone height ; 2 ) Bone width at 1mm, 3mm and 5mm below the alveolar crest.
