研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨老年冠脉搭桥术后患者EASIX与POD之间的相关性，以期为临床实践提供新的风险标志物和干预靶点，以降低POD的发生率，改善患者预后。  

Objectives of Study：

the study aimed to investigate the correlation between EASIX and POD in elderly patients undergoing CABG, with the promise of providing new risk marker and intervention target for clinical practice to reduce the incidence of POD and improve patient prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥65岁；
2.接受冠状动脉搭桥术手术；
3.首次住院并首次入住ICU；

Inclusion criteria

1.age≥65 years;
2.undergoing CABG;
3.first-time hospital admission with first-ever ICU stay;

排除标准：

1.诊断为精神病或痴呆；
2.因在ICU入院第一天无肌酐、LDH和PLT数据而无法计算EASIX的患者；
3.ICU住院时间小于24小时；

Exclusion criteria：

1.diagnosed with psychoses or dementia;
2.unable to compute EASIX owing to the absence of LDH, creatinine, or PLT data recorded on the initial day of their ICU admission;
3.ICU stay time less than 24 hours;
