研究目的：

本研究旨在为调查头颈肿瘤患者术后恐动症现状，分析其影响因素并探讨因素间的作用路径，为制定临床护理策略提供一定依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of postoperative phobia in patients with head and neck tumor, analyze its influencing factors and explore the action path among factors, so as to provide a basis for the formulation of clinical nursing strategies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①经组织病理学初次诊断为头颈肿瘤且需行颈部淋巴结清扫术；②年龄18~70岁；③意识清楚，能配合完成调查；④患者签署知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) the head and neck tumor was diagnosed by histopathology for the first time and neck lymph node dissection was performed; (2) the age was 18 to 70 years old; (3) the consciousness was clear and could cooperate with the investigation; (4) the patients signed informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.

排除标准：

①合并其他恶性肿瘤或躯体疾病；②有严重精神障碍或语言功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) complicated with other malignant tumors or somatic diseases, (2) severe mental disorders or language disorders.
