研究目的：

比较地氟烷与七氟烷在老年胸腔镜肺楔形切除术维持麻醉后的苏醒质量，进一步探讨地氟烷对老年围术期神经认知功能障碍的影响，为今后临床上预防和干预老年患者围术期神经认知功能障碍提供理论参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the recovery quality of desflurane and sevoflurane in the elderly after thoracoscopic lung wedge resection, further explore the influence of desflurane on perioperative neurocognitive dysfunction in the elderly, and provide theoretical reference for future clinical prevention and intervention of perioperative neurocognitive dysfunction in elderly patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄≥60 周岁，性别不限；2）ASA I-II级；3）计划在支气管插管全身麻醉下行择期胸腔镜下肺切除术的患者；4）术前1周 认 知 功 能 简 易 智 力 状 态 检 查 量 表 （MMSE）评分为27-30分；5）自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age >=60 years old, gender is not limited; 2) ASA I-II level; 3) Patients who plan to undergo elective thoracoscopic pulmonary resection under bronchial intubation general anesthesia; 4) The MMSE score was 27-30 points one week before the operation; 5) Sign informed consent voluntarily.

排除标准：

1）已知卤族吸入麻醉药过敏史；2）有哮喘病史；3）急性上呼吸道感染患者；3）伴精神障碍或言语障碍患者；4）有明显缺血性心脏病患者；5）终末期肾病；6）终末期肝病；7）严重的抑郁或焦虑；8）癫痫发作；9）已知或怀疑有酗酒或吸毒史。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Known history of halogen inhalation anesthesia; 2) History of asthma; 3) Patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection; 3) Patients with mental disorders or speech disorders; 4) Patients with obvious ischemic heart disease; 5) End-stage renal disease; 6) End-stage liver disease; 7) Severe depression or anxiety; 8) Seizures; 9) Known or suspected history of alcohol or drug use.
