研究目的：

1.探究健康体检者与ICU中脓毒症患者血清雌二醇水平之间的差异。 2.探究ICU中脓毒症患者血清雌二醇水平和内皮损伤相关指标之间的相关性。 3.探讨ICU中脓毒症患者血清雌二醇水平对临床结局的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the difference of serum estradiol levels between healthy subjects and sepsis patients in ICU. 2. To explore the correlation between serum estradiol levels and endothelial injury related indicators in patients with sepsis in ICU. 3. To investigate the predictive value of serum estradiol levels for clinical outcomes in patients with sepsis in ICU.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18周岁; （2）所有符合sepsis 3.0诊断标准的脓毒症患者; （3）患者本人或家属签署研究入组知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 18 years old or over; (2) All patients with sepsis meeting the diagnostic criteria of sepsis 3.0; (3) The patient himself or his family members signed the informed consent for study enrollment.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠期及哺乳期女性； （2）需长期或近期使用激素替代治疗的患者； （3）存在免疫性疾病及肿瘤患者； （4）既往有严重慢性器官功能衰竭的患者； （5）入院24h内死亡或入院不足24h离院患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant and lactating women; (2) Patients requiring long-term or recent use of hormone replacement therapy; (3) Patients with immune diseases and tumors; (4) Patients with prior severe chronic organ failure; (5) Patients who died within 24 hours of admission or left hospital less than 24 hours after admission.
