研究目的:

1.设计和开发一个基于机器学习方法的新生儿疼痛智能监测系统,持续监测新生儿各疼痛指标并自动生成疼痛评分,以实现新生儿疼痛评估的实时化、自动化、高效化、便捷化。 2.基于前期已开发的新生儿疼痛智能监测系统,在临床进行用户测试,验证系统的可靠性和可用性,了解临床医护人员对系统的接受程度并收集其改进建议,以指导系统的进一步升级优化。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Design and develop an intelligent neonatal pain monitoring system based on machine learning method, which can continuously monitor neonatal pain indicators and automatically generate pain scores, to realize real-time, automatic, efficient and convenient neonatal pain assessment. 2. Based on the previously developed neonatal pain intelligent monitoring system, conduct user tests in clinical practice to verify the reliability and usability of the system, understand the acceptance of clinical medical staff to the system, and collect their improvement suggestions to guide the further upgrading and optimization of the system.

纳入标准:

1.因治疗需要需接受致痛性医疗操作(动静脉穿刺、足底采血、肌内注射等)者; 2.出生28天之内; 3.使用心电监护仪 4.父母或其法定监护人知情并同意参与本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Painful medical procedures (arteriovenous puncture, plantar blood sampling, intramuscular injection, etc.) were needed for treatment; 2. Within 28 days of birth; 3. Using ECG monitor; 4. Parents or their legal guardians informed and agreed to participate in the study.

排除标准:

1.体位受限(骨折等); 2.病情过重需抢救者; 3.因疾病及其他因素导致有疼痛反应者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Postural limitation (fracture, etc.); 2. Those who are too ill and need rescue; 3. Pain response due to disease and other factors.
