探讨罗哌卡因在单侧腰麻中达到仅患侧运动阻滞的ED50和ED95  

Objectives of Study：

To explore ED50 and ED95 of ropivacaine in unilateral spinal anesthesia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①ASA分级I～Ⅲ级；② 择期行单侧下肢静脉曲张手术的病人：③BMI 18.5-23.9kg/m2；④无椎管内麻醉禁忌症；⑤签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

①ASA I~Ⅲ;② Patients undergoing unilateral varicose vein surgery: ③BMI 18.5- 23.9 kg/m2;④ No contraindication to spinal anesthesia; ③ Those who signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

①既往有脊柱手术史、脊柱畸形病史、严重腰背部疼痛者；②罗哌卡因等药物过敏者；③有椎管内麻醉禁忌症者；④心肝肾功能不全者；⑤下肢运动、听力功能障碍者

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with previous history of spinal surgery, spinal deformity and severe back pain;② Patients with drug allergy such as ropivacaine;③ Patients with contraindications to spinal anesthesia;④ Patients with cardiac and renal insufficiency; ④ Patients with lower limb motor and hearing dysfunction
