研究目的：

基于中国多地医疗大数据库（天津、厦门、鄞州、重庆等），分析RSV感染流行特征，具体包括： 1. 了解就诊的RSV相关急性呼吸道感染的发病率； 2. 评估中国儿童RSV感染的经济负担； 3. 确定与RSV疾病不良结局和长期结局相关的风险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyse the epidemiological characteristics of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infections based on large healthcare databases from multiple regions in China (Tianjin, Xiamen, Yinzhou, and Chongqing, etc.). Specifically, the study aims to: 1. Understand the incidence rate of medically-attended RSV-associated acute respiratory infection (RSV-ARI) episodes; 2. Assess the economic burden of medically-attended RSV-ARI among children in China; 3. Identify risk factors associated with poor outcomes and long-term outcomes of RSV diseases.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 居住在天津、厦门、鄞州或重庆； 2. 2017年1月1日至2023年12月31日期间在当地就诊； 3. 就诊时年龄≤18周岁； 4. 临床诊断中包含ARI相关关键词（包括“呼吸道感染”、“呼吸道疾病”、“感冒”、“肺炎”和“细支气管炎”）或相应ICD-9/10编码，或者在就诊期间接受了呼吸道病原体的实验室检测。

Inclusion criteria

1. Residing in the city / district (i.e., Tianjin, Xiamen, Yinzhou, and Chongqing); 2. Seeking medical care locally between January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2023; 3. Under the age of 18 at the time of the visit; 4. Clinical diagnosis containing ARI related keywords (including "respiratory tract infection", "respiratory diseases", "cold", "pneumonia" and "bronchiolitis") or corresponding ICD-9/10 codes, or receiving laboratory tests related to respiratory pathogens during the visit.

排除标准：

1. 研究相关的临床资料不完整； 2. 院内感染的ARI病例。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Incomplete clinical data related to the research; 2. Hospital-acquired ARI cases.
