对比分析空腹/非空腹状态对儿童代谢性相关脂肪肝病Fibroscan筛查结果的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the effect of pre - and postprandial screening on the Fibroscan of children with metabolic - associated fatty liver disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄6-18岁 （2）同意签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1)aged between 6-18 years (2) agree to sign the informed consent

排除标准：

（1）缺乏必要的人口学指标、身体测量指标、检验学指标等 （2）合并其他原因的肝脏疾病或由药物引起的继发性肝脏脂肪变 （3）合并其他严重疾病，可能影响身体营养状态，例如恶性肿瘤、严重心脏、肺脏、肾脏等器质性疾病

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Lack of necessary demographic indicators, body measurement indicators, laboratory indicators, ect (2) Liver disease with other causes or secondary hepatic steatosis caused by drugs, such as tamoxifen, hormones, etc (3) Combined with other serious diseases that may affect the nutritional status of the body, such as malignant tumors, serious organic diseases of the heart, lungs, kidneys, ect.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据录入采用Epidata3.0, 由2名人员分别录入，核对后汇总。应用STATA进行数据清洗及质控，对于离散数据进行再次核对。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data entry adopts Epidata3.0, which is entered separately by 2 personnel and summarized after verification. Use STATA for data cleaning and quality control, and recheck the discrete data.
