研究目的：

(1)评估粪菌移植（FMT）作为治疗孤独症谱系障碍（ASD）的有效性和安全性。 (2)探索通过调节肠道菌群改善ASD症状的潜在机制。 (3)提供支持FMT在治疗ASD临床实践中应用的循证医学证据。

Objectives of Study：

(1)Evaluate the efficacy and safety of FMT in treating ASD. (2)Investigate the potential mechanisms of treating ASD by improving gut microbiota. (3)Provide evidence-based medical evidence for clinical protocols of FMT treatment for ASD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在3-14岁的儿童，男性或女性；（2) 符合美国精神病学协会的《精神障碍诊断与统计手册第五版》（DSM-5）所定义的孤独症谱系障碍诊断标准；（3）研究参与者或其监护人能充分理解本试验知情同意的内容并自愿签署知情同意书；（4）能按时接受复诊、随访检查和留取标本，包括血液、尿液和粪便样本；

Inclusion criteria

(1)Children aged 3-14, male or female. (2)Meet the diagnostic criteria for Autism Spectrum Disorder as defined by the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5). (3)Study participants or their guardians can fully understand the contents of the informed consent for this trial and voluntarily sign the informed consent form. (4)Able to attend follow-up visits on time, undergo follow-up examinations, and provide samples, including blood, urine, and stool samples.

排除标准：

（1）入组7天内有过严重的发热或严重感染；（2）有脑损伤、脑瘫、脑炎或其他器质性脑部疾病的既往史，或已被诊断患有其他精神疾病，包括雷特综合征，抑郁，注意力缺陷多动障碍，选择性缄默，反应性依恋障碍或儿童精神分裂症；（3）既往被诊断出器质性胃肠道疾病和有严重需要立即治疗的胃肠道问题，如先天性巨结肠、肠穿孔、肠出血、肠梗阻、肠套叠、炎症性肠病、乳糜泻或嗜酸性粒细胞食管炎；（4）诊断为严重肥胖或严重营养不良；（5）有严重的免疫缺陷病；（6）在过去3个月内使用过益生菌、益生元、抗生素或其他可能影响肠道菌群的药物，或在随后的4个月内有计划使用这些药物；（7）在过去12个月内接受过FMT治疗；（8）依赖管饲喂养；（9）有严重过敏史；（10）单基因疾病；（11）无法配合完成该研究的患者；（12）研究者认为不适合入组的其他患者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Severe fever or serious infection within 7 days prior to enrollment. (2)History of brain injury, cerebral palsy, encephalitis, or other organic brain diseases, or diagnosed with other mental disorders including Rett syndrome, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, selective mutism, reactive attachment disorder, or childhood schizophrenia. (3)Previous diagnosis of organic gastrointestinal diseases and serious gastrointestinal issues requiring immediate treatment, such as congenital megacolon, intestinal perforation, gastrointestinal bleeding, intestinal obstruction, intussusception, inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, or eosinophilic esophagitis. (4)Diagnosed with severe obesity or severe malnutrition. (5)Severe immunodeficiency disorders. (6)Use of probiotics, prebiotics, antibiotics, or other drugs that may affect the gut microbiota in the past 3 months, or plans to use these drugs in the next 4 months. (7)Received fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) treatment within the past 12 months. (8)Dependent on tube feeding. (9)Severe allergy history. (10)Monogenic diseases. (11)Patients unable to comply with the study requirements. (12)Other patients whom the researchers deem unsuitable for enrollment.
