总结既往我科收治前列腺术后发生腹股沟疝患者的外科治疗经验。比较各种手术方式的治疗效果及围手术期的处理  

Objectives of Study：

To summarize the experience of surgical treatment of patients with inguinal hernia after prostate surgery in our department. The therapeutic effect and perioperative management of various surgical methods were compared

纳入标准：

1.18岁以上； 既往有根治性前列腺切除术史；

Inclusion criteria

1.Over 18 years old; 2. Having a history of radical prostatectomy;

排除标准：

1.腹股沟疝发生在根治性前列腺切除术前；
2.既往无根治性前列腺切除术史；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The inguinal hernia occurred prior to radical prostatectomy;
2.No history of radical prostatectomy;
