研究目的：

本研究拟根据观察术中吲哚菁绿对内界膜的染色效果探究术中能完成手术的最低浓度及染色效果良好的低浓度吲哚菁绿在眼内的代谢情况、有无神经节细胞的损伤以及视功能的变化，以期评估吲哚菁绿辅助内界膜剥除的最佳使用浓度。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study is to investigate the metabolism of the minimum concentration of indocyanine green that can complete the operation and the low concentration of indocyanine green with good staining effect in the eye, whether there is damage to ganglion cells, and the change of visual function according to the effect of intraoperative indocyanine green staining on the internal limiting membrane, in order to evaluate the optimal concentration of indocyanine green for assisting internal limiting membrane peeling.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）行眼底检查和 OCT 检查明确诊断为 IMEM； 2）年满18岁； 3）双眼眼压在10mmHg至21mmHg； 4）近3个月内未接受荧光素眼底血管造影及吲哚青绿血管造影等眼底影像学检查； 5）能够耐受玻璃体切割手术,对手术方案知情同意且能定期完成随访。

Inclusion criteria

1) Fundus examination and OCT were performed to confirm the diagnosis of IMEM; 2) Age > years; 3) The intraocular pressure of both eyes was 10mmHg to 21mmHg; 4) The patient has not undergone fundus imaging examinations, such as fluorescein angiography and indocyanine green angiography, within the past 3 months. 5)The patient demonstrated tolerance to vitrectomy, provided informed consent for the surgical procedure, and consistently completed follow-up appointments.

排除标准：

1）合并病理性近视、年龄相关性黄斑变性、视网膜脱离、黄斑裂孔、糖尿病性视网膜病变等眼底疾病的患者； 2）继发性黄斑前膜患者； 3）既往曾行玻璃体手术或眼底其他手术； 4）依从性差，难以定期门诊复查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with pathologica myopia, age-related macular degeneration, retinal detachment, macular hole, diabetic retinopathy and other fundus diseases; 2) Patients with secondary epiretinal membranes; 3) Previous vitrectomy or other fundus surgery; 4) Poor compliance and difficulty in regular outpatient reexamination
