研究目的：

主要目的是前瞻性的开发一种模型，旨在利用超声图像来预测困难气道。次要目的则在于比较这一基于超声图像的模型与传统的超声测量以及常规检查在识别困难气道方面的区别和优劣。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective was to prospectively develop a model designed to predict the difficult airway using ultrasound images. The secondary objective was to compare the performance of this ultrasound image-based model with conventional ultrasound measurements and conventional examinations in identifying the difficult airway.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥18 岁；择期手术患者；进行视频喉镜气管插管；自愿参加并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

Age ≥18 years old, Patients undergoing elective surgery, Tracheal intubation was performed by video laryngoscope, They voluntarily participated and signed informed consent forms

排除标准：

语言沟通障碍；神经功能障碍以及不能配合检查患者；急诊手术；头颈部骨折；颈部解剖结构异常（包括先天性畸形、颈部术后以及放疗后）；需要清醒插管的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Impaired language communication, Patients with neurological dysfunction and inability to cooperate with examinations, Emergency surgery, Head and neck fractures, Abnormal neck anatomical structure (including congenital malformation, neck surgery and radiotherapy), Patients requiring awake intubation
