研究目的：

研究经皮穴位电刺激是否能通过提升术后患者免疫功能、减轻术后炎性反应的影响，从而加速完全腹腔镜远端胃癌根治术后患者的康复。并从中寻找一种能安全、有效且副作用小的降低胃癌根治术后炎症的规范化中医疗法。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation can improve the immune function of postoperative patients and reduce the effect of postoperative inflammatory response, so as to accelerate the recovery of patients after complete laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for distal gastric cancer. And to find a safe, effective and less side effects to reduce the inflammation of gastric cancer after the standardized traditional Chinese medicine therapy.

纳入标准：

纳入标准： 1.患者在入组前均提供书面知情同意。 2.所有患者胃镜病理已证实为胃癌。 3.患者年龄大于等于18岁，小于等于80岁。 4.所有患者均行完全腹腔镜远端胃癌根治术，无中转开腹。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients provided written informed consent before enrollment. 2. Gastric cancer was confirmed by gastroscopic pathology in all patients. 3. The patient's age is greater than or equal to 18 years old and less than or equal to 80 years old. 4. All patients underwent complete laparoscopic radical gastrectomy without conversion to laparotomy.

排除标准：

排除标准： 1.有上腹部手术史（胆囊切除术除外），或者需要与其他手术同期手术。 2.术后需要转入开放手术重症监护超过24小时。 3.有晕厥或癫痫病史。 4.手术中硬膜外麻醉。 5.一个月内服用影响肠功能的药物。 6.因出血、梗阻或穿孔需要急症手术。 7.在过去3个月内参与其他临床研究或在一个月内接受针灸治疗。 8.精神上无行为能力或存在严重的情感或精神疾病。 9.心脏起搏器植入状态。 10.当前或既往患有糖尿病。 11..系统性感染或传染性疾病

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of upper abdominal surgery (except cholecystectomy), or need to be operated at the same time as other operations. 2. The patient needs to be transferred to open surgical intensive care for more than 24 hours after surgery. 3. Have a history of syncope or epilepsy. 4. Epidural anesthesia during surgery. 5. Take medications that affect bowel function within a month. 6. Emergency surgery is required for bleeding, obstruction, or perforation. 7. Participating in other clinical studies or receiving acupuncture treatment within the past 3 months. 8. Mentally incapacitated or suffering from serious emotional or mental illness. 9. Pacemaker implantation status. 10. Current or past diabetes. 11.. Systemic infection or infectious disease

由科室指派一名统计员，负责生成随机序列，随机数生成：利用统计软件（SPSS 26.0）的随机数生成器，生成指定数量的随机数。随机数范围设定为0到1之间，起点固定值用于保证实验的可重复性。 随机分组：根据生成的随机数，将研究对象随机分配到实验组和对照组。具体方法包括可视分箱法，将分箱变化量设为“组别”，根据实验设计设定适当的分割点数（如两组实验则分割点数为1）。分组完成后，将组别为1的对象纳入实验组，组别为2的对象纳入对照组。 区组随机分组：为确保实验组和对照组在试验期间患者数保持平衡，可采用区组随机分组方法。即先将研究对象按一定数量（如每10人一组）分为若干区组，然后在每个区组内进行随机分组。 分层随机分组：当研究对象在某一特征（如年龄、性别、病程等）上存在显著差异时，可采用分层随机分组方法。首先按该特征将研究对象分层，然后在每一层内进行随机分组。 2.分配隐藏与盲法 分配隐藏：采用按序编码的封藏法等机制执行随机分配序列，确保在干预措施分配之前隐藏序列号。分配隐藏旨在避免选择偏倚，保证实验结果的客观性。 盲法：根据实验需要，对受试者、干预实施者或结果评价者实施盲法。盲法包括单盲（仅对受试者设盲）、双盲（对受试者和干预实施者均设盲）等。盲法有助于防止实施偏倚和测量偏移，提高实验结果的可靠性。
