研究目的：

（1）为解决延迟、漏诊或错误诊断、缺乏监测疾病进展的生物标志物、特定疾病肾功能衰退和慢性肾脏疾病进展的管理（保守、透析、肾移植的选择）、如何将研究进展转化为临床护理以及为患者提供实用和综合的支持（多学科并发症）；（2）了解罕见肾脏病的区域流行病学信息，分析疾病区域诊治特点和结局，探索诊断和治疗管理实践，明确各疾病的检测指标及所需检测技术以改善提高疾病诊治率。

Objectives of Study：

(1) To address delays, missed or incorrect diagnoses, lack of biomarkers for monitoring disease progression, management of specific disease related renal function decline and chronic kidney disease progression (conservative, dialysis, kidney transplant options), how to translate research progress into clinical care, and provide practical and comprehensive support for patients (multidisciplinary complications); (2) Understand the regional epidemiological information of rare kidney diseases, analyze the characteristics and outcomes of disease diagnosis and treatment in different regions, explore diagnostic and treatment management practices, clarify the detection indicators and required detection technologies for each disease to improve the diagnosis and treatment rate.

纳入标准：

①就诊于我院及分中心确诊罕见肾脏病的患者，无论您当前年龄（年龄不限）、发病年龄（年龄不限）、疾病持续时间、当前肾功能和治疗状态（保守、透析、肾移植），均可参加本研究；罕见病种：原发性轻链性淀粉样变、Alport 综合症、原发性高草酸尿症、遗传性高尿酸血症、非典型溶血尿毒症、TTP、轻链近端肾小管病、POEMS 综合症、Fabry 病、IgG4 肾病、阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿、castleman 病、Gitlman 病等以及其他罕见肾脏病。 ②自愿参加本项目并签署知情同意书（年龄<18 岁的患者必须经法定监护人书面签字同意）；

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed with rare kidney disease at our hospital and its sub centers, regardless of their current age (regardless of age), age of onset (regardless of age), disease duration, current kidney function, and treatment status (conservative, dialysis, kidney transplantation), are eligible to participate in this study; Rare diseases: primary light chain amyloidosis, Alport syndrome, primary hyperoxaluria, hereditary hyperuricemia, atypical hemolytic uremia, TTP, light chain proximal tubular disease, POEMS syndrome, Fabry's disease, IgG4 nephropathy, paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, castleman's disease, Gitlman's disease, and other rare kidney diseases; Voluntarily participate in this project and sign an informed consent form (patients under the age of 18 must obtain written consent from their legal guardian);

排除标准：

1)无法配合采集临床资料的患者； 2)实验室检查/影像学资料不完整的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients who are unable to cooperate in collecting clinical data; 2) Patients with incomplete laboratory examination/ imaging data;
