研究目的：

探究综合性肛周自我管理对克罗恩病肛瘘患者的效果，包括坐浴、提肛运动、减少久坐时间、控制排便时间、便后清洁、衣物管理等。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of comprehensive perianal self-management for perianal fistula in crohn's disease, including sitz bath, anal sphincter muscle exercises, reduction of sedentary time, control of defecation time, post-toilet perianal cleaning, clothing management, etc.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)明确诊断为CD的患者； (2)肛瘘诊断明确；（3）近期使用英夫利息单抗治疗。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with a definite diagnosis of crohn’s disease; (2) The diagnosis of anal fistula is clear; (3) Treatment with infliximab monoclonal antibody recently.

排除标准：

（1）急性穿孔；（2）因各种原因无法按标准完成综合性肛周自我管理措施中的任意一项；（3）随访过程中换用其他生物制剂；（4）随访过程中失访；（5）未签署受试者知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Acute perforation, (2) Inability to complete any of the comprehensive perianal self-management measures according to the standard due to various reasons,(3) switching to other biological agents during follow-up, (4) Loss to follow-up, (5) Failure to sign the subject's informed consent.
