研究目的：

本研究通过随机对照试验，验证通过术前进行颈部后方肌群的抗阻练习指导，提高患者对颈后方肌肉力量锻炼的认知，降低术后患者颈部制动的时间，从而缓解患者术后颈肩部的僵硬和疼痛，提高患者术后的日常活动能力，进一步提升生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This study employs a randomized controlled trial to examine whether preoperative resistance training guidance for the posterior cervical muscles can enhance patients' awareness of strengthening these muscles, reduce the duration of neck immobilization after surgery, alleviate postoperative stiffness and pain in the neck and shoulder region, improve postoperative daily activity function, and ultimately lead to a higher quality of life.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.具备手术指征，且拟行颈椎手术治疗； 2.年龄18~70岁； 3.可以有效沟通，能够配合进行锻炼； 4.能够使用微信平台进行沟通； 5.对本研究知情并自愿加入； 6.诊断为退行性颈椎病的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Indicated for surgery and scheduled to undergo cervical spine procedure; 2. Aged 18 to 70 years; 3. Ability to communicate effectively and cooperate with exercise training; 4. Capable of using the WeChat platform for communication; 5. Informed of the study details and voluntarily participates; 6. Diagnosed with degenerative cervical spine disease.

排除标准：

1.有上肢疼痛症状明显或肩关节活动受限，不能配合锻炼的患者； 2.斜颈、畸形的患者； 3.平山病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with significant upper limb pain or restricted shoulder joint mobility that would impede participation in exercises; 2. Patients with torticollis or spinal deformities; 3. Patients diagnosed with Hirayama disease.
