研究目的：

证明宫腔灌注浓缩生长因子可以促进薄型子宫内膜患者的子宫内膜增生，改善其子宫内膜的容受性冷冻胚胎移植的妊娠结局，为薄型子宫内膜患者提供新的参考治疗方案  

Objectives of Study：

It was proved that intrauterine perfusion concentrated growth factor can promote endometrial hyperplasia in patients with thin endometrium, improve the pregnancy outcome of receptive frozen embryo transfer in patients with thin endometrium, and provide a new reference treatment plan for patients with thin endometrium

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄：20-40岁；
2.经检查发现子宫内膜容受性差、排卵当天或在新鲜体外受精（IVF）周期中注射人绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG)的当天，或在冻融胚胎移植周期中开始使用孕酮的当天的子宫内膜厚度≤7mm；
3.移植一次未孕且于本中心至少存有一个优质冻胚；
4.有宫腔操作史或宫腔镜检查史；
5.经净后无同房史；
6.采血前1个月无感染史,无服用抗菌药史,无吸烟史；
7.采血前3个月未服用阿司匹林等影响血细胞的药物；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age: 20-40 years old;
2.Poor endometrial receptivity upon examination, endometrial thickness of ≤7mm on the day of ovulation or injection of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) in a fresh in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycle, or on the day of initiation of progesterone in a freeze-thaw embryo transfer cycle;
3.Transplant once without pregnancy and at least one high-quality frozen embryo in the center;
4.History of hysteroscopy or hysteroscopy;
5.No history of intercourse after cleansing;
6.No history of infection, no history of taking antibacterial drugs, and no history of smoking 1 month before blood collection;
7.Have not taken aspirin or other drugs that affect blood cells 3 months before blood collection;

排除标准：

1.全身情况差不能耐受操作者；
2.患有血液性疾病或免疫学异常或内分泌异常者；
3.患有急慢性子宫内膜炎或阴道炎或生殖道肿瘤者；
4.染色体或遗传异常；
5.先天性或获得性子宫异常( 宫腔形态异常、内膜息肉、子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌症、黏膜下子宫肌瘤等)者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those with poor general condition who cannot tolerate the operation;
2.Patients with hematologic diseases or immunological abnormalities or endocrine abnormalities;
3.Patients with acute and chronic endometritis or vaginitis or genital tract tumors;
4.Chromosomal or genetic abnormalities;
5.Congenital or acquired uterine abnormalities (abnormal uterine cavity morphology, endometrial polyps, endometriosis, adenomyosis, submucosal uterine fibroids, etc.).;
