研究目的:

探究神经肌肉训练对提高青少年运动员的减速表现的效果和可行性,并比较不同运动方案(传统训练 vs. 神经肌肉训练)的效果差异。  

Objectives of Study:

To explore the effect and feasibility of neuromuscular training on improving deceleration performance of adolescent athletes and compare different exercise regimens (traditional training vs. Neuromuscular training).

纳入标准:

受试者需具有>3年的训练经历,以从事集体项目的运动员为主;需从事集体球类项目的运动经历;身体健康无伤病且近6个月无下肢损伤。

Inclusion criteria

Participants should have >3 years of training experience, mainly athletes engaged in team sports; Sports experience required to engage in collective ball games; Good physical health with no injuries and no lower limb injuries in the past 6 months.

排除标准:

存在下肢伤病;身体不健康有伤病;抽烟;有服用营养补剂等习惯。

Exclusion criteria:

Existence of lower limb injuries and illnesses; Unhealthy body with injuries and illnesses; Smoking; Have habits such as taking nutritional supplements.
