研究目的：

心力衰竭是各种心血管疾病的终末期表现和最主要的死因，是21世纪心血管领域的两大挑战之一。随着人口老龄化进程加速，预计今后一段时期，慢性心衰的发生率仍将继续提高。焦虑抑郁障碍又是一种严重影响身心健康的常见情感障碍性精神疾病，是严重威胁人类生命的疾病，具有较高的自杀率。故而心力衰竭合并焦虑抑郁已经越来越常见，已成为最严重的公共健康问题之一。因此，探讨心力衰竭合并焦虑抑郁的中西医结合防治策略，是一项极其重要的任务。  

Objectives of Study：

Heart failure is the end-stage manifestation of various cardiovascular diseases and the most important cause of death, and is one of the two major challenges in the cardiovascular field in the 21st century. With the acceleration of the aging process of the population, it is expected that the incidence of chronic heart failure will continue to increase in the coming period. Anxiety and depression disorder is a common emotional disorder that seriously affects physical and mental health. It is a serious threat to human life and has a high suicide rate. Therefore, heart failure combined with anxiety and depression has become more and more common and has become one of the most serious public health problems. Therefore, it is an extremely important task to explore the prevention and treatment strategy of heart failure combined with anxiety and depression

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）自愿参加并知情同意； （2）年龄18-90岁，性别不限； （3）有3个月以上的慢性心衰病史或临床发现心衰症状3个月以上； （4）NYHA心功能分级Ⅱ-Ⅳ级； （5）Simpson法测EF＜50％； （6）至少接受2周的标准化药物治疗； （7）中医证候符合气虚血瘀证；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Voluntary participation and informed consent; (2) Age 18-90 years old, gender unlimited; (3) A history of chronic heart failure for more than 3 months or clinical findings of heart failure symptoms for more than 3 months; (4) NYHA cardiac function grade Ⅱ-Ⅳ; (5) EF < 50% measured by Simpson method; (6) At least 2 weeks of standardized drug therapy; (7) TCM syndrome is consistent with Qi deficiency and blood stasis;

排除标准：

（1）不符合纳入标准； （2）非心源性病因、先天性心脏病所致心衰，急性心衰、或急性心梗后心衰； （3）计划于8周内行冠脉血运重建治疗及心脏再同步化治疗者； （4）存在心肌炎、动脉瘤、左室流出道梗阻及致明显血液动力学改变的未修补的心脏瓣膜病患者； （5）合并肝肾严重原发性疾病，肝肾功能严重异常者； （6）肿瘤患者、精神病患者，严重血液、神经、内分泌系统疾病患者； （7）存在心源性休克、难以控制的恶性心律失常、Ⅱ度Ⅱ型以上未置入起搏器治疗的窦房或房室传导阻滞、进行性加重的不稳定心绞痛或急性心肌梗死者； （８）未获控制的高血压患者，收缩压180/mmHg和/或舒张压110mmHg；收缩压＜90mmHg和/或舒张压＜60mmHg； （9）正在参加其他药物临床试验的患者; （10）妊娠或正准备妊娠及哺乳期妇女； （11）过敏体质者，或己知对治疗药物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) does not meet the inclusion criteria; (2) Heart failure caused by non-cardiogenic causes, congenital heart disease, acute heart failure, or heart failure after acute myocardial infarction; (3) Patients who plan to undergo coronary revascularization therapy and cardiac resynchronization therapy within 8 weeks; (4) unrepaired valvular heart disease with myocarditis, aneurysm, left ventricular outflow tract obstruction, and significant hemodynamic changes; (5) Patients with severe primary diseases of liver and kidney and serious abnormal liver and kidney function; (6) Cancer patients, psychiatric patients, patients with serious diseases of the blood, nervous system, endocrine system; (7) Patients with cardiogenic shock, uncontrolled malignant arrhythmias, sinus or atrioventricular block of grade II type II or above without pacemaker therapy, progressive aggravation of unstable angina pectoris or acute myocardial infarction; (8) Patients with uncontrolled hypertension with systolic blood pressure of 180/mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure of 110mmHg; Systolic blood pressure < 90mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure < 60mmHg; (9) Patients participating in clinical trials of other drugs; (10) Pregnant or preparing to become pregnant and lactating women; (11) People who are allergic, or have been known to be allergic to therapeutic drugs.
