研究目的：

评价基于COM-B模型的运动干预对社区老年糖尿病衰弱前期患者的衰弱状态、躯体功能及生活质量的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To examine the effects of exercise intervention based on COM-B model on frailty status, physical function and quality of life in community-dwelling pre-frail older adults with diabetes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）经Fried衰弱表型诊断为衰弱前期的老年人； （2）符合WHO2019糖尿病诊断标准，确诊时间≥6个月； （3）年龄≥60岁； （4）意识清楚，能独立回答问题，配合完成身体测试者； （5）在本社区内居住时间≥6个月； （6）知情同意，自愿参加本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Pre-frail older adults as determined by the Fried Frailty Phenotype; (2) In line with the WHO 2019 diagnostic criteria for diabetes, and the diagnosis time was ≥6 months; (3) Older adults aged >= 60 years; (4) Can answer questions independently and cooperate to complete the physical test; (5) Older adults living in the community for more than 6 months; (6) Older adults with voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

（1）患有严重认知障碍，或严重精神类疾病者； （2）近6个月住过院，接受过手术者； （3）有严重的心、脑、肾、肝、眼等系统疾病，对运动不能耐受者； （4）有严重的颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出及骨折等疾病的活动受限者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Older adults with severe cognitive impairment or severe mental illness; (2) Older adults had been hospitalized in the past 6 months and received surgical treatment; (3) Older adults with a combination of other serious systemic diseases; (4) Older adults with severe cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation and fracture.

A separate researcher who never interacted with participants before or after assignment will use IBM SPSS 25.0 software to generate random sequences of 100 random numbers. 100 random numbers were divided into groups A and B. Subjects were assigned to the corresponding group in chronological order.
