研究目的：

1. 主要目的：比较腹腔镜下使用超声刀行肝实质横断（实验组）和与使用CUSA行肝实质横断（对照组）对术中出血量、断肝速度、手术时长、术后出血及胆漏等并发症的发生率的影响，从而指导肝切除术术中器械使用策略。 2. 次要目的：详细介绍本单位超声刀术中使用技巧和方法，并研究腹腔镜下使用超声刀行肝实质横断和与使用CUSA相比对中转开腹率、术后住院时长、总住院费用、死亡率的影响。

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary objective: Comparing the effects of laparoscopic hepatic parenchyma transection using ultrasonic scalpel (experimental group) vs CUSA (control group) on the intraoperative blood loss, parenchymal transection velocity, operative time, rate of postoperative morbidity, so as to provide a strategy of intraoperative instrumentation in hepatectomy. 2. Secondary objective: Describing in detail the techniques and methods of ultrasonic scalpel in our unit and Comparing laparoscopic hepatic parenchyma transection using ultrasonic scalpel vs CUSA on rate of conversion, postoperative hospital stay, the total hospitalization cost, and the mortality rate.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）18-80 岁患者，不限性别； 2) 无全麻及腹腔镜肝切除禁忌； 3) 肝功能检查：Child-Pugh A 或B； 4) 择期进行腹腔镜肝脏纵向解剖性切除（23段/67段/左半肝/右半肝/左三肝/右三肝）的患者； 5) 手术适应症包括肝脏良性肿瘤、恶性肿瘤、肝移植供体、肝内胆管结石等

Inclusion criteria

(1) The age of patient is between 18 years and 80 years; (2) No contraindication to general anesthesia and laparoscopic hepatectomy; (3) liver function was evaluated as Child A or B; (4) patients with laparoscopic Hemi-Right Hepatectomy or Hemi-Left Hepatectomy; (3) The surgical indications include benign tumors, malignant tumors, liver transplant donors, hepatolithiasis, etc.

排除标准：

1)肝脏恶性肿瘤侵犯肝门的患者； 2)腹腔镜肝切除术同时合并其他器官的切除（除胆囊外）； 3)腹腔镜肝切除术后需要进行重建手术（包括胆管、门脉、动脉）； 4)既往有大的上腹部手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Tumor invades the hilar of the liver; (2) LLRs combined with other major-related operations except cholecystectomy (such as splenectomy); (3) Reconstructive surgery after laparoscopic hepatectomy (including bile ducts, portal veins, arteries); (4) Previous history of major upper abdominal surgery.
