研究目的：

基于血液外泌体RNA建立多种恶性肿瘤诊断新方法  

Objectives of Study：

Establishment of a new diagnostic method for multiple malignant tumours based on blood exosomal RNAs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Not applicable. 

纳入标准：

病例组： 1.年龄≥18周岁，性别不限； 2.经手术病理或活检病理确诊为以下肿瘤中一种者：乳腺癌、肝细胞癌、胰腺腺癌、结直肠腺癌，卵巢癌、肾透明细胞癌、前列腺腺癌、肺腺癌。 3.首诊：没有抗肿瘤史，包括抗肿瘤药物治疗、手术治疗、内分泌治疗、放化疗等；没有既往肿瘤史。 健康人组： 1.年龄≥18周岁，性别不限； 2.经影像学检查等确认，无器官肿瘤者

Inclusion criteria

Case group: 1. Age ≥ 18 years old, gender not limited. 2. Diagnosed with one of the following tumours by surgical pathology or biopsy pathology: breast cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, colorectal adenocarcinoma, ovarian cancer, renal clear cell carcinoma, prostate adenocarcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma. 3. First diagnosis: no history of anti-tumour, including anti-tumour drug treatment, surgical treatment, endocrine treatment, radiotherapy, etc.; no previous history of tumour. Healthy people group: 1. Age ≥ 18 years old, gender not limited. 2. Those who have no organ tumour as confirmed by imaging examination, etc.

排除标准：

1.除上述肿瘤外，其他器官发生肿瘤者； 2.合并2种或以上上述肿瘤者； 3.既往抗肿瘤治疗者； 4.合并认知功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have tumours in organs other than those mentioned above. 2. Those with a combination of 2 or more of the above tumours. 3. Those with previous anti-tumour treatment. 4. People with combined cognitive dysfunction.

Persons with one of the following tumors: breast cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, colorectal adenocarcinoma, ovarian cancer, renal clear cell carcinoma, prostate adenocarcinoma, and lung adenocarcinoma.
