研究目的：

目前辅助生殖实验室培养液目前使用99%以上为进口产品。胚胎培养的过程需要序贯使用受精液、卵裂培养液和囊胚培养液。随着国产的培养液陆续获得国家批准，韦拓的受精培养液说明书上有明确写明和vitrolife的卵裂培养液和囊胚培养液兼容。因此做一个探索性试验，验证受精培养液（韦拓）和洗精受精液(Vitrolife Sweden AB)是否有同样的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

At present, more than 99% of the culture medium used in assisted reproduction laboratory is imported. The process of embryo culture requires sequential use of fertilization medium, cleavage culture medium and blastocyst culture medium.Along with the domestic culture medium obtains the national approval certificate one after another,The instructions of fertilization medium (Shenzhen Weituo Biotechnology Co. , Ltd.) clearly stated that it was compatible with cleavage culture medium and blastocyst culture medium(Vitrolife Sweden AB).Therefore, an exploratory trial was conducted to verify whether the fertilized medium (Shenzhen Weituo Biotechnology Co. , Ltd.) and GIVFTMPLUS((Vitrolife Sweden AB)) had the same effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.第一阶段：女性，20岁≤年龄≤38岁，获卵数≥5个卵子进行随机对照研究；或女性，20岁≤年龄≤38岁，≥8个卵子进行自身配对行研究（同胞卵对比，平均分配卵母细胞，使用不同品牌的受精培养液）；
2.第二阶段：女性，20岁≤年龄≤38岁，≥8个卵子进行自身配对行研究（同胞卵对比，平均分配卵母细胞，使用不同品牌的受精培养液）；
3.拟进行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)技术者；
4.夫妇双方采用自体生殖细胞进行辅助生殖。

Inclusion criteria

1. Stage one: Female, age 20≤ age ≤38 years, number of oocytes obtained ≥5 oocytes, or female, age 20≤ age ≤38 years, self-paired study of ≥8 oocytes (sibling comparison, average oocyte allocation, use of different brands of fertilization medium) .
2.Stage two: Female, age 20≤ age ≤38 years, self-paired study of ≥8 oocytes (sibling comparison, average oocyte allocation, use of different brands of fertilization medium) .
3. For in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) .
4.Both couples use germ cell for assisted reproduction.

排除标准：

1.女性配偶无精子症、严重少弱畸精子症需行卵胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI)；
2.女性受试者患有不适宜参加本研究的重大全身性疾病、重大内分泌或代谢异常者；
3.既往或目前有卵巢、乳房、子宫、脑垂体或下丘脑等恶性肿瘤病史者；
4.已知化疗或放疗病史

Exclusion criteria：

1. Husband with azoospermia or severe oligozoospermia requires Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) .
2. The female subjects had systemic diseases, major endocrine or metabolic abnormalities that were not appropriate for the study.
3. History of ovarian, breast, uterus, pituitary or hypothalamus malignancy
.
4. A known history of chemotherapy or radiotherapy
