研究目的：

1.主要研究目的：这项前瞻性队列研究主要是为了进行妊娠丢失队列的深入挖掘分析及前瞻性队列的成功建立，探索妊娠丢失夫妇的潜在男科原因和相关风险因素，为预防和治疗妊娠丢失提供基于证据的指导。 2.次要研究目的：大数据挖掘技术，队列大数据挖掘对接，队列大数据重构分析；研究生创新能力培养，组建“生殖健康+大数据挖掘”跨学科团队，借助妊娠丢失队列建立联合培养平台与科研合作基地，研究生培养全过程质量控制，培养大数据分析与临床救治相长的综合型临床医学人才；生殖健康与大数据挖掘交叉学科学位点的建立，完善学科点建设和质量评价。

Objectives of Study：

1.Main research objectives: This prospective cohort study aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the pregnancy loss cohort and successfully establish the prospective cohort, investigate potential etiological factors and associated male risk factors for pregnancy loss, and provide evidence-based guidance for the prevention and management of pregnancy loss. 2.Secondary research objectives: Utilizing big data mining technology, queue-based big data mining docking, and queue-based big data reconstruction analysis; fostering graduate students' innovation capabilities by establishing an interdisciplinary team focused on "reproductive health + big data mining", creating a collaborative training platform and scientific research cooperation base utilizing the pregnancy loss cohort to train graduate students in all aspects of quality control, thereby cultivating well-rounded clinical medical professionals proficient in both big data analysis and clinical treatment; establishing interdisciplinary academic platforms integrating reproductive health with big data mining while enhancing subject construction and quality evaluation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合至少一次妊娠丢失诊断的非意愿妊娠丢失史；（2）患者夫妇年龄为18-45岁；（3）同意将其私人医疗记录用于研究目的的患者夫妇，并签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) A history of unintended pregnancy loss that meets the diagnosis of at least one pregnancy loss; (2) The age of the patient's spouse is between 18 and 45 years old; (3) Patient couples who agree to use their personal medical records for research purposes and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）近3个月内有抗凝、免疫调节、激素类药物服用史；（2）如果夫妇医疗记录不完整或有感兴趣的数据大量缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have a history of taking anticoagulants, immunomodulators, and steroid drugs within the past 3 months; (2) If the couple's medical records are incomplete or there are significant missing data of interest.
