研究目的：

本研究旨在分析左西孟旦对于TAVR术后心功能的调节作用  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to analyze the regulatory effect of levosimendan on cardiac function after TAVR

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄65-85岁的男性或女性患者，拟行TAVR手术治疗； 2.心脏彩超诊断重度主动脉瓣膜狭窄，LVEF<0.4 ； 3.研究开始前，患者本人或其法定代理人已签署了《知情同意书》。

Inclusion criteria

1. Male or female patients aged 65-85 years old who are to be treated with TAVR surgery; 2. Cardiac color ultrasound diagnosis of severe aortic valve stenosis, LVEF <0.4; 3. Before the start of the study, the patient or his legal representative has signed the "Informed Consent Form".

排除标准：

1.对左西孟旦或其它辅料有不良反应; 2.除主动脉瓣疾病外，仍合并有心脏机械阻塞性疾病; 3.严重的肝、肾（肌酸酐清除率<30ml/min）功能损伤的患者; 4.严重低血压（SBP<90mmHg或DBP<60mmHg）和室速、室颤、频发室早的患者; 5.TAVR术中出现严重并发症; 6.正在参与其他临床研究; 7.其它具有临床意义的呼吸、消化、血液、感染、免疫、内分泌、神经精神、肿瘤疾病等，可能给患者造成严重危险者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Adverse reactions to levosimendan or other excipients; 2. In addition to aortic valve disease, there is still a combination of cardiac mechanical obstructive disease; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney (creatinine clearance rate <30ml/min) functional impairment; 4. Patients with severe hypotension (SBP<90mmHg or DBP<60mmHg) and ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation, and frequent premature ventricular disease; 5. Serious complications during TAVR surgery; 6. Participating in other clinical studies; 7. Other clinically significant respiratory, digestive, blood, infectious, immunological, endocrine, neuropsychiatric, tumor diseases, etc., which may pose serious danger to patients.
