研究目的：

通过多中心临床RCT试验，验证“骨痹输刺法”治疗KOA慢性疼痛的临床疗效，从而制定针刺治疗KOA慢性疼痛的临床操作标准，形成国内专家共识和诊疗规范。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the multi-center clinical RCT trial, the clinical efficacy of "bone arthralgia transfusion acupuncture method" in the treatment of KOA chronic pain was verified, so as to formulate the clinical operating standards of acupuncture treatment of KOA chronic pain, and form the domestic expert consensus and diagnosis and treatment norms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合膝骨性关节炎上述诊断标准； 2.年龄在 50-75 岁之间； 3.疼痛时间持续 3 个月以上； 4.VAS 疼痛评分≥4 分； 5.近 3 个月未接受过针刺治疗； 6.签署知情同意书，依从性好愿意配合研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; 2. Aged 50-75 years; 3. The pain lasts for more than 3 months; 4. VAS pain score 24 points; 5. Received acupuncture treatment in the last 3 months; 6. Signed informed consent, compliance is good and willing to cooperate with the research.

排除标准：

1.并发有其他骨病如膝关节骨关节结核、肿瘤、风湿和类风湿性关节炎等不属于骨性关节炎的患者； 2.足部畸形等影响正常步行的病变者； 3.近半年采用过膝关节腔内注射药物或膝关节置换术后患者； 4.膝关节骨性关节炎临床分期属晚期或影像学分级为 IV 级的关节软骨破坏严重者； 5.孕妇、哺乳期或近半年内有妊娠计划的妇女； 6.有典型脑血管及神经系统疾病，或在使用对认知、脑功能有影响的药物者； 7.同时存在其他慢性疼痛患者； 8.有磁共振扫描禁忌症者； 9.有精神障碍及智能障碍不能配合问卷调查者； 10.正在参与其它影响本研究的临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Non-osteoarthritis patients with other bone diseases such as joint tuberculosis, tumor, rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis of the knee joint; 2. Foot deformities and other lesions affecting normal walking; 3. Patients who have undergone intra-articular injection of drugs or knee arthroplasty in the past six months; 4. Patients with advanced clinical stage of knee osteoarthritis or severe articular cartilage destruction with imaging grade IV; 5. Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a pregnancy plan within the last six months; 6. Patients with typical cerebrovascular and nervous system diseases, or who are using drugs that have an impact on cognitive and brain function; 7. There are other chronic pain patients; 8. Patients with contraindications to MRI scanning; 9. Have mental and mental disorders and can not cooperate with the questionnaire investigator; 10. Participants who are participating in other clinical trials that affect this study.
