研究目的：

1.编制骨科患者参与预防压力性损伤行为评估量表，进行信效度检验。 2.了解骨科住院患者参与预防压力性损伤行为现状。 3.探讨人口学、疾病特征等与参与行为的相关性。 4.分析骨科患者参与压力性损伤预防的促进和阻碍因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To develop a assessment scale of orthopedic patients' participation in the prevention of pressure injury behavior, and to test its reliability and validity. 2. To learn the current status of orthopedic inpatient involvement in the prevention of pressure injury behavior. 3. To explore the correlation between demography, disease characteristics, etc. and participation behavior. 4. To analyze the promoting and discouraging factors for the participation of orthopedic patients in pressure injury prevention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①18岁≤年龄≤70岁；②骨科住院3天及以上，意识清楚，有一定的阅读理解和语言表达能力；③知情同意，自愿参与本研究；④Braden评分≤14分或使用任意一种骨科医疗器械

Inclusion criteria

① 18 years old ≤ age ≤ 70 years old; ② Orthopedic hospitalization for 3 days or more, clear consciousness, and certain reading comprehension and language expression skills; ③ Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study; ④ Braden score ≤ 14 points or using any kind of orthopedic medical treatment instrument

排除标准：

①意识不清，不能配合者；②有其他躯体重大疾病，如严重心、肝、肾功能不全或恶行肿瘤患者等；③正在参与其他研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Those who are unconscious and unable to cooperate; ② Those who have other serious physical diseases, such as patients with severe heart, liver, and renal insufficiency or malignant tumors; ③ Those who are participating in other researchers.
